The Tempo

Tempo is the quiet conductor in the orchestra of cycles and seasons. Rhythm stays recognizable. Tempo is what breathes in the space between.

Time stops being endless and starts becoming precious. The nervous system no longer tolerates borrowed speed. The body asks not for less rhythm, but for a more honest tempo. One that matches energy, hormones, and capacity on a given day, season, or year.

Tempo is how gently or urgently you arrive. For women in transition, tempo becomes a form of self-trust. You are not losing your rhythm, just refining it.
