About Us

Courses that Flow in Rhythm

At A Life Practice we are passionate about living in harmony with the natural world. We believe that sustainable practices offer inspiration during the ever changing rhythms of life. Learning here a deliberate steady reprieve, practiced as care for the whole self. Each course offers simple methods of infusing aromatherapy, gardening, and herbology, with yoga for seasonal soul care that can be held for your life's rhythm.

Future Growth

Our vision holds space for more sustainable support in our onsite organic herbal garden. Solar power is the next project of interest. We feel now is a superb time for us to share some easy biodynamic methods for organically growing your own herbal garden. Learning how to cultivate botanicals, flowers, herbs, and other plants that sustain you along the course.

The Rhythm

Our practices are simple. They meet you where you are. Over time, they begin to support one another, just like the garden. Home grown, bio dynamically, sharing shade, holding moisture, restoring the soil, and finding your rhythm.

Slowing down is not a requirement here. It happens naturally, as your body and nervous system remember safety, timing, and rest. The seasons carry the pace, you create the space. Just come as you are.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy considers we all need space for integration and reconciliation, while honoring our personal spiritual beliefs and experiences. Our courses are self compassionate for holistic self care that supports you as a student, practitioner, and teacher. We offer natural methods with yoga for restorative care.

Eco System

Sincere about natural living from a supportive approach, we encourage living in tune with your personal ecology. Your lived tempo during the active seasons as a reminder to ground in presence and embodiment. During the quiet seasons, remember to hold space in the pause, for integrating and restoring.

Transiting the space between active and quiet, there is an offering to reorient based in what is ending, to what is emerging, and to what needs tending. This ongoing relationship with our natural environment holds a soul felt reliable rhythm.
Consistent. Living. Nourishing.
