The Garden

Any garden becomes eco therapy when it invites the body to slow down and listen. Tending, touching, smelling, and observing plants offers steady, nonverbal companionship that calms the nervous system and reorients attention toward seasonal time. In that quiet reciprocity, care moves both ways.
